How these bonus terms apply

These Bonus Terms and Conditions form part of your agreement with us. They apply whenever you claim a bonus, free spins, a cashback offer or any other promotion on your account with us.

Each individual offer also carries its own terms, shown on the promotion itself or in the cashier: the amount, any qualifying deposit, the wagering requirement, the games it can be used on and the time you have to use it. Where a term shown with an offer differs from the general rules on this page, the term shown with that offer applies.

• You must be aged 18 or over and the registered holder of the account claiming the offer.
• One account per person, household, address, shared device, IP address and payment method.
• Your account must be verified, or able to be verified on request, before bonus winnings are paid out. We hold a gaming licence and are required to confirm the identity, age and payment details of our players.
• Promotions are open to players in the United Kingdom, and to new or existing players, as stated in the offer.
• You may need to opt in, enter a code shown in the cashier, or make a qualifying deposit before an offer is credited.

Wagering requirements and how they are met

A wagering requirement is the total amount you need to stake before funds from a bonus, and winnings from those funds, can be withdrawn. It is set as a multiple of the bonus, the qualifying deposit, or both, and the figure that applies to you is the one displayed with the offer and in your account.

Stakes count towards the requirement only when they are placed on games the offer allows, and different game types contribute at different rates. The contribution rates are set out with the offer and in the cashier. Where a game or game type is excluded, stakes placed on it do not count at all.

What counts as a qualifying stake

• Stakes placed from a balance subject to wagering, on games included in the offer.
• Only the amount actually staked. A stake that is returned, voided or cancelled does not count.
• Stakes placed while the bonus is active and before the expiry time shown in your account.

What does not count

• Stakes on games or game types listed as excluded with the offer.
• Bets arranged to lock in a return regardless of outcome, including covering opposing or near-opposing outcomes in the same game round.
• Stakes above the maximum bet allowed while a wagering requirement is open, and stakes placed after a bonus has expired or been cancelled.
• Transactions that are later reversed.

Bonus funds, limits and withdrawals

Bonus funds and cash are held separately in your balance. Cash is used first unless the offer or the cashier states otherwise, and bonus funds become withdrawable only once every condition attached to them has been met.

Free spins are credited at the spin value and on the games stated with the offer. Winnings from free spins are normally credited as bonus funds and carry the wagering requirement shown with that promotion. Unused free spins are removed when the offer expires.

Withdrawals are returned to the payment method used to deposit wherever we are able to do so, and remain subject to the identity and payment checks described in our general terms.

Fair use, bonus abuse and our checks

Promotions are intended for players who use them to play our games in the ordinary way. Where activity on an account suggests an offer is being used for a purpose it was not intended for, we may look over that activity and the related transactions.

• Opening or using more than one account, or claiming the same offer across linked accounts, devices or payment methods.
• Acting together with other players, or using shared payment details, to claim an offer more than once.
• Staking in patterns aimed at the promotion rather than the game, including low-risk or opposing-outcome play while a bonus is active.
• Giving details at registration that are inaccurate, incomplete or belong to someone else.
• Using software or automation that interferes with the normal operation of a game or offer.

Where we find an offer has been used in one of these ways, we may remove the bonus and any winnings from it, end the offer on your account, restrict future promotions or, in serious cases, close the account. Deposits you have not staked remain yours. We will tell you the outcome, and you can ask us to look into the decision again.

Changes, cancellations and safer gambling

We may change, suspend or withdraw a promotion at any time, including where an offer contains an obvious error in its terms or display. Changes do not affect a bonus already credited to your account, unless it was credited because of that error or in breach of these terms.

You can cancel an active bonus from your account or by contacting us. When you do, the bonus funds and any winnings tied to them are removed; your cash balance is not affected.

Promotions are for players aged 18 or over. You can set deposit and loss limits in your account at any time, take a time-out or self-exclude, and a change that reduces a limit takes effect as soon as you confirm it.
