Betting and Game Rules

These rules explain how stakes are accepted, how results are settled and what happens when a game is interrupted. They apply to every game on the site, alongside our terms and the terms published with any offer you take part in.

General Rules for Play on Your Account

These rules cover every bet, spin and round placed on your account with us. Where a game has its own rules, those rules apply to that game and are opened from inside it. Where an offer has its own terms, those terms apply to play funded by the offer.

  • One account per player. You may hold a single account, registered in your own name and funded by payment methods held in your name. Duplicate accounts may be closed and play on them settled at our discretion.
  • 18+ only. Play is open to adults who have passed our age and identity checks. We hold a gaming licence and verify accounts before play and before withdrawals are released.
  • Real-money and bonus balances. Where both are present on your account, stakes are taken in the order shown in the cashier, and any bonus balance stays subject to its own terms until the wagering attached to it is complete.
  • Bets are final once placed. A confirmed stake cannot be changed, cancelled or returned, including where it was placed in error, on the wrong game or at the wrong stake level.
  • Play is for your own benefit. You may not stake on behalf of another person, share access to your account, or use automated software, scripts or devices to place bets.

Please make sure you understand a game, its stake levels and its paytable before you commit real money. The rules and information screen of each game can be opened before you stake anything, and the limits that apply to your account are shown in your account settings.

How Bets and Spins Are Settled

A round is settled by the game server, not by the screen in front of you. The outcome recorded on the server is the outcome that stands, and your balance is adjusted to match it.

  1. You select a stake and confirm it. The round opens on the game server and the stake leaves your balance.
  2. The server produces the outcome using the random number generator built into the game.
  3. Wins are paid in line with the game's paytable and in-game rules, including any multipliers, features or bonus rounds.
  4. Your balance, transaction history and game history are updated. The history held in your account is the record we work from.

Where the display on your device differs from the record held on the server, for example after a page refresh or a lost connection, the server record is final. Balances shown in error are corrected once the fault has been traced.

Return to player

Every game carries a return-to-player figure, shown in that game's rules or information screen. It is the theoretical share of all stakes the game returns across a very large number of rounds. It describes long-run behaviour and does not predict the result of a single round or session.

Malfunctions, Interruptions and Disconnections

A malfunction is any fault in the game, software, hardware or connection that causes a round to open, display or pay incorrectly.

  • A malfunction voids all pays and play. Affected rounds are cancelled, stakes placed in them are returned, and any amount credited in error is removed from the balance it was paid into.
  • Interrupted rounds are completed on reconnection. When you re-open the game, an unfinished round either resumes from the point it stopped or is settled by the server, depending on the game.
  • A lost connection does not change an outcome. Once a stake is confirmed, the round is settled on the server whether or not your device stays connected.
  • Clearly incorrect prices or paytables are corrected. Where a game pays on a basis that is plainly wrong, the round is settled on the correct basis for that game.
  • Unfinished rounds are held for a period. Where a round is left open, it is settled automatically after the period set in the game's own rules.

If a round looks wrong

Stop playing that game, note the time and the round or reference number shown on screen, then contact us. Carrying on in the same game makes the fault harder to trace.

Playing With Bonus Funds

Bonus funds, free spins and any other promotional credit are offered on the terms published with that offer. Those terms sit alongside these rules and take priority on anything to do with the bonus itself.

  • Wagering requirements, time limits and the games an offer can be used on are set out in the offer terms and tracked in your account while the offer is open.
  • A maximum stake applies while a wagering requirement is outstanding. Rounds placed above it may be voided, together with any winnings from them.
  • Games contribute to wagering at different rates and some are excluded altogether. The contributions shown in the offer terms apply.
  • Features bought inside a game, and low-risk or covering patterns of play on table games, do not count towards wagering.
  • If a bonus is forfeited or expires, the bonus balance and any winnings still tied to it are removed. Your real-money balance is not affected.

You can check how much wagering is left on an open offer at any time in your account. Withdrawing while a requirement is outstanding may forfeit the bonus, as set out in the cashier.

Live Casino and Table Games

Live tables are hosted by a dealer in a studio and run to the published rules of each game. The help panel at every table sets out the bet types, payouts, side bets and limits for that table, and these can differ between tables offering the same game.

  • Betting time is limited. A stake must be confirmed before the dealer closes betting. Late bets are not accepted, even where they briefly appear on your screen.
  • The dealer's call stands. Decisions announced at the table, including on the handling of cards, chips or the wheel and on any misdeal or no-spin, are final.
  • Table and seat limits apply. Minimum and maximum stakes are shown at the table, and a seat left inactive may be released to another player.
  • Studio records may be used. Recordings of a table and the server log for a round are the records we rely on when a query is raised.
  • Chat is moderated. Please keep table chat civil. Access to chat may be muted where it is used to abuse other players or the dealer.

Queries and Disputes About a Result

If you believe a round has been settled incorrectly, tell us and we will look into it.

  1. Write to support@casinovegaswild.co.uk, or start a conversation in the live chat on the site.
  2. Give the game name, the date and time of the round, the stake, and the round or reference number shown in the game.
  3. Keep further play in that game to a minimum until we reply, so that the records stay clear.
  4. We check the server log for the round and come back to you with what it shows.

Our decision on a result is based on the server record for that round. If you are not satisfied with the outcome, you can escalate it under the complaints procedure in our terms, including referral to the alternative dispute resolution provider named there.

Staying in control

Deposit limits, loss limits, session reminders, time-outs and self-exclusion are available in your account settings. GamStop can block your access to gambling sites that take part in the scheme, and free, confidential support is available from GambleAware, GamCare and the National Gambling Helpline.
